Welcome to my wee home.

It’s not that big, and to be honest I’m not that good at building websites and rely heavily on the genius of others to make it easy for me to build my wee home!

So… to my life online, and that’s what this website is. Overtime I’ve grown an on-line life, quite by accident and not at all planned, but I’ve realised that it’s amassed into a significant presence, and I’ve also realised that through living a digital life I’ve had the honour to meet some wonderful people face to face that I now count amongst friends in “real-life’.

I do want to stress, even though I feel that I shouldn’t have to as anyone with any inkling of understanding of how the digital world works would automatically get this. That anything on this website is entirely my own;

I have a life outside work. Work does not define or own me. I am entitled to hold views and opinions that in no way represent the views of my present, past or future employers. I have a professional life and a personal life, which are kept quite separate.

Anyway, enough of the heavy stuff and disclaimers! That’s not why I choose to live part of my life online. I love being online as it enables me to communicate on a scale that a generation ago couldn’t even begin to comprehend. I love how I can strike up conversations with like minded people across the other side of the world in an instant and we can share ideas, jokes and inspire one another from the touch of a button.

It gives me faith back in humanity.
